Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, not including holidays). You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order anytime on our Track Order page.

Shipping in the United States

• Standard Shipping: $8.00 on orders under $70. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.
• Express Shipping: $15.00 on orders from $70 to $149.99. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days after your order ships.
• Free Standard Shipping: on all orders of $150 or more. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.

Free local pickup

Pick up your order for free at Mangosteen, 113 St Clair Square, Fairview Heights, IL 62208. Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours. We will email you when your order is ready, so please wait for that email before coming in. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

International shipping

We ship to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and much of Europe. International rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless they are shown as paid at checkout.

Lost, damaged or wrong items

If your package arrives damaged, or an item is defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will make it right. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
